She has over a decade of ministry leadership experience, discipling believers, building intentional community, and leading global prayer initiatives. In addition to ministry, Tiffany has a strong business and organizational background, having served in roles such as Chief of Staff, Chief Marketing Officer, Executive Assistant to senior church leadership, and more! She brings expertise in strategic planning, leadership development, and community building, blending practical biblical wisdom with professional insight. Tiffany ministers alongside her husband, Martin (MJ) Sowah, with a passion for equipping people to live fully devoted to God.

Her impact as the CEO of Anchored Media includes a global reach of millions of listeners across 75+ produced podcast shows in just 2 years. Through her personal brand, Tatum has cultivated a community of businesswomen who give God full authority to use their business as a vessel for the Kingdom. Using the word of God as her platform, Tatum's prayer journal and published books offer instrumental guidance to ‘boss up’ in any entrepreneurial venture. Tatum has been featured in several magazines and publications and has been named as a Top 30 under 30 in the Washington, DC area.

Keviah Watrice is a speaker, author, and creator with a heart for authentic conversations surrounding faith, life, and purpose. As the creator of the HerOasis mobile app, formerly known as She Who Is Called, she has impacted thousands of women by helping them navigate their personal walk with Christ.

Through the HerOasis ministry, Keviah's mission is to remind women of God's goodness in every season of life by providing faith-based encouragement, monthly devotionals, and notifications that now reach over 85,000 individuals worldwide. Keviah's heart is to see women healed and without fear or limitations.

Dr. Sharla Walker is the dynamic force behind Rx For Purpose. With a deep-rooted passion for empowering women to live purposeful lives in Christ, she has become a trusted voice in the realms of spiritual growth and personal development.

In 2019, she felt a calling to address a gap she had personally experienced in her spiritual journey. She knew what Christians were told to do, but like many, she struggled with the "how." This frustration led her to launch the podcast "God, Goals, and Girl Talk," aimed at connecting the dots between spiritual principles and practical application. The podcast quickly gained international acclaim, but as Dr. Walker's vision evolved, so did the podcast's mission. In 2023, "God, Goals, and Girl Talk" was reborn as the Rx For Purpose Podcast, serving as a cornerstone for a more comprehensive approach to spiritual and practical well-being.
